"Residential Street close to shopping centre"
Residential street with a major shopping centre at one end. Relatively quiet, because the entrance to the shopping centre is from another street, so there is little traffic.
Close to the Toowoomba City Golf Course. The homes are of the 1980 era and are perfect for families.
