"Very quiet street"
Almost too quiet. You can hear what your neighbours are up to. Backs onto parkland, close to shopping centres and fast food franchises. Can be difficult to enter and leave Ruthven street due to traffic at times. You will eventually be rear ended trying to turn right off Ruthven Street. Otherwise good place for families.
