Hi, we're considering a move from NSW to Qld to reduce the mortgage and improve our lifestyle.

Would love suggestions on suburbs to relocate to. We're looking at house prices of $450K, family friendly and very safe neighbourhood. Would prefer 20mins to beach if it's in our price range. We're open to Gold Coast/Brisbane/Caloundra. Hubby is a Sales Manager so accessibility to work would be important (he currently drives up to 1hr to the office each way so is used to traffic). I assume Brisbane would be the best chance of work (any advice please share). We have an 8yr old and 3yr old, ideally want a great public school for 8year old with a creative arts focus (arts/music/drama etc). I appreciate our location is broad, any advice on where to avoid, where we can afford, and your best locations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
