"Nice"
Unbelievable location. It's a quiet and leafy street with well mannered neighbors and barely any street noise at all. Close to beach and eastlink making the drive to the city quick and easy. Infrastructure and facilities are always improving. Beach street shops are extremely close and they have a good variety.
