"A street that is close to everything"
Lambert St is located in the most popular central part of the Ballarat suburb of Wendouree. It is very close to the medical precinct in nearby Howitt st, close to major shopping centres, close to Lake Wendouree and the park and recreational facilities that surround it, close to sporting facilities such as the Basketball stadium, bowling clubs, football and cricket ovals, has bus stops within a few minutes walk, close to takeaway food and coffee shops, and the list goes on and on :o)
The street is quiet and friendly, and is a fantastic location to raise a family
Very few locations in Ballarat offer the combination of amenities, facilities and atmosphere that epitomise Lambert st, which us no doubt why property values in this location are above average and houses that come on the market here usually sell within a few days
