"Great place to live"
I lived just around the corner in Rowan Parade, a very quiet neighbourhood and nicest streets in Wendouree. Great place to live. Close to childcare, kindergarten and both primary and secondary schools. Within striking distance to Wendourees major shopping centre and sporting/recreational centres.
