"A hidden gem - when people wake up to the benefits of this estate the area will take off"

A quiet but well located street that could be described as a hidden gem. The street hasn't been developed and so offers excellent buying for those who get in at this point in time. It has a beautiful outlook overlooking the monastery and its grounds. In the next 5 years this area will become recognised as a great place to live. As with any investment it's those who recognise the potential that make the biggest rewards.
