"Perfect"
A Delightful Cul de sac where children ride bikes and dog owners want to walk. People care about their neighbours, and gardens. The laneway is a quick access to the express city bus stop and schools. Quiet but not too close to the bush to be insect ridden. Views of trees and greenery. The annual street party introduces new residents to each other. A Blue Ribbon st.
