"Pretty Nice Street"
Pretty pleasant place to live. Lots of greenery and wildlife.
Traffic has improved in terms of safety and noise dramatically since speed humps were introduced.
Atmosphere decreased a bit since houses started getting demolished for ugly multi-unit complexes.
In general a pretty nice street to live on.
