How busy is peak hr traffic and is there public tranaport?

Both Launceston and Hobart have good public transport available with our Metro systems, busses normally collect every 20 minutes.
The traffic in these areas at peak hour can occasionally be slow, but you can almost get across town at any time of day within 10-25 minutes.
