"Peace and Quiet"
While situated in a heavily populated area the street is quiet and friendly. Not all neigbours are on 1st name basis but everybody gives a wave. A safe street to kick the footy or bowl a few overs. All amenities are close buy without having an influence on the serenity of the court. Just a stones throw from Frankston CDB and the bay. A warm saturday afternoon sitting on the grass at Jubilee Park watching Frankston Heat battle it out with the city slickers, while having a couple of beers.
Gotta love Frankston
