"Welcome to the Hotel California ** Such a Beautiful Place **"
Such a Coincidence that we have a street named exactly the same in California, US.
Good on nature this Cul-de-sac has good access to shopping and transport. Streets have grey concrete detailing. On street parking is available.
Trees namely Lilly pilly, camphor laurel etc exist in the street. Fencing varies from medium to high. Front gardens are visible, exotic & large.
Victorian and Edwardian mansions with around 60% of homes having high heritage value. Two storey mansions and two storey multi dwelling developments. Area has moderate vegetation
