"Liveable, Walkable Neighbourhood"
Walking distance to Parap Village which has Laneway Cafe, Saffron Indian Restaurant, Happy Gardens Chinese Restaurant, Parap Bakery, Parap Fine Foods, Cheese cake shop and the iconic Parap Markets. Parap Tavern is on your doorstep and has great $5 steak and chips on Tuesday night. Public transport is at the end of the street and it’s a short drive to the CBD. Ocean view with amazing sunset is a short bike ride away along with several other great places to eat out - Sailing Club, Ski Club, Lawn Bowls, the list goes on...! Parap is so central to everything, it’s my favourite suburb in Darwin.

"Best place in Darwin"
I lived in a secure gated complex here and loved every minute of it. Everybody was friendly. The pub over the back fence was good for a quiet drink, the bus ran close to my doorstep, I felt safe, good places to eat and the Markets every weekend!
