"Close to everything"

Madeley is a fabulous suburb, with quiet family streets and well kept houses. It is close to the city, the beach and swan valley. I love living here

"Average with potential"

Surrounded by Industrial areas to the North and East.. it's not exactly a prime location.

Well placed to Kingsway shopping centre but I wouldn't rate the best shopping centre either unless you like a woolies or a big W. Symptomatic of the area.

"What an AMAZING suburb"

We have lived in madeley for 5 years.

One of the best suburbs in perth. Period. I honestly cannot fault this suburb, it has everything, shopping, and unbelievable convenience to swan valley, the city, and hillary's.

Move here fast as prices are going up. Modern and beautiful houses here, and very friendly neighbours.

  • No traffic

"Great place to live, great parks, great community. Would recommend to anyone!"

Close enough to the city, but not close enough to have the traffic hassles on the weekend. Beaches are within 10 minutes, and the beautiful Swan Valley close by.

  • Quiet
  • Well maintained parks and homes
  • Close to amenities

Not great for

  • No Sunday shopping

"Suburb overrated"

The plus - It's picturesque, close to schools and new. The minus - It's expensive, has small verge frontages which makes you feel like your living on the street and does not seem to have alot of facilities around.

"Fantastic for families and close to so many amenities"

Quiet and friendly street and very close to so many amenities including Madeley Primary School, Darch High School, Kingsway Christian College and also child care facilities. Kingsway shopping centre is also nearby and set to go under development to provide more options for eating out which is needed.

Overall a great suburb, friendly people and affordable
