Madora Bay, WA 6210

Madora is everything anybody could ever want from a suburb. Close to the city (Mandurah) yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
The beach we walk along is amazing. The dogs are friendly and the people are so relaxed and laid back. It's like everybody in Madora has the same idea and just goes with the flow.
We moved in 3 months ago into our newly built home and we know all our neighbours on a first name basis. The parks surrounding us are lovely and everything is within a 10 minute walk.
The best thing about Madora Bay? It's the safest place in WA. There is not one place more secure and sound than Madora Bay.
The one thing I can fault with Madora Bay is that ugly, old, dated, rubbish tip they call The Tavern. Lucky this place is tucked away and out sight because it seriously is grosse. Why it has not been renovated into a classy pub & bar is beyond me. The bloke who buys it and does it up (whenever that may happen) will be a millionaire. Get and idea guys, sell it and let someone make something decent of it.

A stone throw from the beach and relatively cheap house considering. There is hardly anyone on the beach and great for dogs.
