Are Marangaroo property values better nearer to the Marangaroo Golf Course?

They are. West of the golf course has about a third of Marangaroo dwellings. Being that bit further West the access to freeway/train and the coast is better and you do see longer hold times (people don't move as often) and slightly higher prices.
