What areas of Marangaroo are the safest/ most dangerous?

That's a good question, haven't been able to find any hard data, WA Police only publish stats by suburb, not broken down by sections. In 20 years of working in Marangaroo I've come accross houses/streets where the owners have never had any trouble (like mentioned in another answer from someone else about Ellenbrae Place) and houses/street where they have had occasional break ins. This has been in all sections of Marangaroo.

My mother lived in Ellenbrae Pl for just under twenty years and never locked her doors! Whenever I visited I could walk straight into her home as her front door was always unlocked. She would leave her back door open all day for her little dog to go in an out. Never any break-ins or issues with neighbours.
