Is Marangaroo an okay area for retirees without a car to live in?

It depends on where. There are good bus routes through Marangaroo but some of the quieter streets could be too far of a walk. If you stick to these streets that are on the bus routes (or close to): Wanneroo Road, Marangaroo Drive, Giralt Road, Highclere Blvd, Jefferson Drive, Rawlison Drive, Blood Drive, Mirrabooka Avenue. Or if you want walking distance to shopping centres stick close to Alexander Heights SC, Kingsway SC or Newpark SC.
