Selling our late mother's home was a smooth and fast process with Matt and Luke. Their regular and clear communication with every step of the sale process was excellent. Matt was very knowledgeable on the local area, friendly and professional. Matt's suggested listing price and his ideas for getting the property ready for sale, I believe enabled a quick sale with a great offer in around nine or ten days of listing online!
