"Cul de sac"
Lulworth is a small cul de sac on the South side of Marangaroo. Accross the road at the beginning of the street is John Moloney Park, great for kids and sport. Walking distance to public transport on both Marangaroo Drive and Highclere Blvd. Have sold a number of houses over the years and have had good feedback on the street from clients that have bought and sold on the street.
