"Great West Marangaroo location with easy access to main roads."
Running alongside Wanneroo Road and very close to Hepburn Avenue, access to main roads is excellent. Walking distance to Kingsway Shopping Centre, public transport both on Wanneroo Road and Giralt Road, Marangaroo Primary School, Marangaroo Golf Course and local parks.
