"Walking distace to Rawlinson Primary School"
Ideal for young families, Rawlinson Primary School is literally accross the road from where Orion Way ends. 340 metres to Paloma Park and Skate Park, 360 metres to Marangaroo Drive and 570 metres to Alexander Heights Shopping Centre has everything a young family needs within walkig distance. All this on a non-major road, I only use Orion Way when I have an appointment there or on surrounding streets.
