Maylands, WA 6051 is located within the Bayswater local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
How often with inner city living can you find both a peaceful yet convenient location. Maylands is on the rise. There is a new precinct emergingf in Eighth Avenue with lots of shops coming. Fashion, cafe with a general good vibe happening. Maylands will be the next Subiaco. Prices are still good in areas but the resale value is excellent with good growth and investment potential. Because it is close to the city at around 4km and close to major arterial roads yet in a leafy and peaceful suburb, Maylands is the place to be with a walkway leading to some of the best restaurants in Perth. A GREAT PLACE TO BE!!!

It is really important to stay in a convenient and peaceful place. There are houses here in Victoria Australia where you can find peace and safe your looking for.
