Which pocket in Maylands is ok to live in?

Maylands has a low crime rate compared to surrounding inner city suburbs in Perth. It is also a rapidly gentrifying suburb with young professionals with young families. Sarah street situated close to the primary school is a safe and good street to choose to buy your property. Living in Maylands over the past couple of years, it's been a pleasure seeing the change. The vibe I'm getting is the feeling of walking through the streets of South Perth and Lathlain. Maylands is an excellent suburb to invest in for future growth as well. The people living in the nearby apartments in the Maylands area also have young children and usually you see them walking their children to the primary school.
