Maylands, WA 6051 is located within the Bayswater local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.

Also he will be starting his first year at high school so will need to have a great school close by also

Not really any High Schools that close by except Mount Lawley, haven't heard much about the Yacht Club but all other yacht clubs are in extremely expensive areas.
