"Street made up of groovey retro 50's houses"
Mix of original owners & new younger buyers(who can't afford Fitzroy). Area is slowly becoming more cosmopolition, with funky cafes opeing in near by streets. Place to watch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Only 10 k's from City,cheapest real estate on city fringe. Has trams, trains & buses at door step. Great local Preston Market
