Australia Day 2009 - What have you got planned?
Melbourne (CBD), VIC 3000 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi everyone!!!
Australia Day is just around the corner, and I feel like this year (more than previous years) is going to a big one. I'm having a massive BBQ with a bunch of good friends, lots of beer, and hopefully a swim in the pool. Jan 26th can't come faster!!
I found the official Australia Day 2009 Website that shows you exactly what's going on around our great nation:

As are most other people - this article suggests many people don't even know what the date means! http://news.theage.com.au/breaking-news-national/aussies-clueless-on-australia-day-poll-20090127-7qrm.html

Well I had a great BBQ and a traditional aussie water fight in the backyard. It was actually a lot of fun. If only I still had that super soaker from when i was a youngin I would have dominated!
