Desperately need a rental property!
Melbourne (CBD), VIC 3000 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I'm in desperate need of a 2 bedroom, clean, decent, preferably new or near new, single garage or double, for $300-$310 p.w. I'm especially interested in new housing estates, as they often offer a bit lower in rent rates and are brand new - anywhere from Bendigo to Melbourne, if such a thing is still obtainable! Have to spend the next couple of years not far from Melbourne due to a need for major surgery and rehab. Presently in Bendigo.
