Melbourne (CBD), VIC 3000 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Anybody had experience with this new way to rent a car? Basically it looks like the cars are placed all around Melbourne, you have a membership with credits, you can open any car with special membership card - then drive it and bring it back when your finished.
