Im wondering which part of Melbourne would be the most ideal for someone without a car, and looking for a cheap location.

Hi there,
With know vehicle, the CBD would be an option. All train stations are easily accessible so you can get to an from with ease. If you log into booking.com there is an endless amount of studio apartments up for rent in Melbourne CBD at affordable prices.
