I'm looking to relocate to Melbourne next year and looking for a nice safe suburb to rent in.

Melbourne (CBD), VIC 3000 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

Looking for a one or two bedroom uni/flat/townhouse/condo.
Around $250 WK. Hopefully about 30 or 40 min out of the CBD.
Close to transport, trains/trams.
Do like the beach.

St Kilda or Elwood would absolutely be your best options, especially if you can stretch up to $300. Both close to beach, transport and CBD!
