Moving to Melbourne CBD, looking for a safe place, $300-$425 pw, and hip neighborhood near city.

Looking for apartment rentals in the CBD near music clubs, 1 bdrm + study, anything from a high rise to small building, but mainly as close to the city as possible, safe.

Chapel street has the biggest and best clubs in the city if that's what you're looking for. Your price range is fairly high, so the south side would be really great. It sounds like you might fit in in Southbank or Toorak. Toorak might be a little out of the way but it is beautiful there.

What kind of clubs are you looking for? I'm fairly new to the city and enjoy a good night out. I'm living up in Brunswick (north side) and that's where all the dive bars and more of the rock/grudge/hipsters hang out.
It seems the more south you go, the more expensive and classy. Where the north end is hip and cheap.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Try the Docklands Waterfront City.
It has Restaurants, Bars and Clubs, Costco, DFO South Warf, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, shopping strips and anything else you can think of. You can definitely rent a 1 bedroom apart in the high rise buildings with a nice view as well. Secure parking and great security in the building complex. You will feel very safe.

Hope I have helped.

Thanks
