Chinatown Dumpling Restaurant: http://www.mcity.com.au/melbourne/eating/769/chinatown-dumpling-restaurant not to be confused with Shanghai Dumpling House! the one on Swanston St next door to Cookie trumps all Dumpling Houses in Chinatown!
It's closed for renovation but soon to be back in action - Dragon Boat Noodle Bar!
I'm a fan of the Shanghai Dumpling House on Tattersalls Lane... good food and super cheap for those with a tight budget.
Kung Min, I'll second that one, great food and reasonable priced as well.
Will have to give some more a go over summer though.
