want to know suburbs near the water to rent $350-$450 for a family moving from Sydney
Melbourne (CBD), VIC 3000 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We are looking at a 4 bedroom house 20-30kms to CBD. We have our own transport.

Hi, If you happy with a waterfront type setting, you could look at Caroline Springs Estates or Werribee - Harpley Estate. They are amazing. They also offer, shopping centres , public transport, good school and easy access to the freeways. You can find established homes for land available to build on that is affordable.
