You can find the current opening hours on the front page of http://www.qvm.com.au, but I'll paste them below as well.
Weekday Trading Hours
Tue: 6am - 2pm
Thu: 6am - 2pm
Fri: 6am - 5pm
(general merchandise to 4pm)
Weekend Trading Hours
Sat: 6am - 3pm
Sun: 9am - 4pm
CLOSED: Mondays, Wednesdays, Good Friday, Anzac Day, Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
