"Very Good Street"

A cul-de-sac which is very small. The church precinct on the hill top is a landmark. It has gentle slope mainly used for residential.A mix of lot sizes in other streets. Public transport is good choice
Shops and services are mostly at walking distance. Open spaces are limited and beyond walking distance. Mainly single family homes with moderate to high presence of multi dwelling developments. Parking signs are very visible. On street parking is quite important
Predominant species of trees are prunus, paperbark, brushbox, plane, etc. Fence is medium and made of mixed materials. The church precinct on the top of the close by hill is protected by conservation controls. It has moderate vegetation
