"Pleasurable"
I've lived there for nearly 11 years as a first home buyer . The outlook for this area is very promising and is slowly being cleaned up as it shows in Kilburn south. I have watched that transformation from day 1 and with spectacular results. I've had some not so pleasant experiences and it is now sorted, a worthwhile investment.
