"Loud unfriendly street in a rough neighbourhood"
The surrounding neighbourhood consists of drug dealers, prostitution, hoon drivers(most roads are marked due to burn outs and skids) and most days Jack Watson reserve is some of the locals personal motor cross track and the police don't seem intrested in stopping them.
