"Everything is 5 minutes away....."
I love living in Mooroopna! It takes 5 mins to get to the main street where there is now a huge Woolies store, doctors, a pub, gym (with in door pool) hair dresses, clothing shops, several primary schools, highschool, footy oval, cricket ground, trotting track, everything!
And if you can't find what your after here, its then 5 mins across the causeway to Shepparton. I think its a really underated town that is set to go off - with the new Woolies and there is a KFC coming and the police station is being rebuilt brand new - its a great town that I think is growing!

True mooroopna isn't a bad spot. Moved from shepp 4 yrs ago and am much happier here. Many services available within a small area , no parking meters, quiet , family oriented,, variety of schools public and private , parks , sporting facilities , kindergarten s , daycare, community centre etc. No nightclubs. For your other needs shepparton is a 5 minute drive away. House prices and rent is lower than shepp. Many young families favour mooroopna as wellas older people.
