"Morang Place - Connecting Roads"
The importance of this little connector is not to be undermined. Much like mobile phone it connects Morang Road and Evansdale road. Close by Hawthorn railway line. Close to Yarra River on the south. Close by park on Morang road provides a good mental relief. Area is built up and has formal residential development.
There is concentration of large multi dwelling blocks south of Morang place. Area has moderate slope and land is primarily use for residential purposes.The land pattern is varied. Public transport is a good choice. Shops are available close by on burwood road. Streets are local and traffic is limited. Varied widths of roads with Morang place having no footpaths
Plantings exist on one side of street. Parking is over flowing even though on street parking.
