Generally the more affordable and lower rent areas will attract any sort of crime if there were any here. Thankfully the mornington peninsula is a wealthy area with rich retirees and families which trend not to create any crime. Rosebud is probably the only one to avoid. Mornington Peninsula is not the outer Western suburbs of Melbourne.
