Bayside of Nepean Highway is usually 700-900m2 however with the amount of demand a lot of unit development has been underway, likely reducing the average to 500-600m2 maximum. However, the exclusive Beleura Hill area offers larger blocks which are still near the beach side. But it is going to cost more as expected. Towards the back of Mornington. you can get 1500m2 - 2000m2 blocks. The development Madison Hill also offers 2000m2 blocks approx for $1million which is pretty good value considering it is so close to Mt Eliza.
