"great location at the right price"
nice quiet street in an extra convenient location. multitude of parks and minutes from quinns beach. public transport at your doorstep and 15 minutes from joondalup. between the beach and proposed northern freeway extension, this area will boom with the likes of kingsley and carine. 15 minutes north to the wonderful beaches and national parks of yanchep.
Great for
- Quiet and kid friendly.
- Family environment and away from the traffic of marmion avenue
- Parks and public transport at your doorstep.
Not great for
- A bit far from my local - the boat but the whale is close.
