"One of the best in the North"
I have lived in a number of northern suburbs, and have been living in Merriwa for the past 4 years. I have access to all the private schools and in the perfect catchment for the public schools nearby. Clarkson train station is 5 minutes up the road with a future train station being completed 1 min away.
Merriwa is a famiy friendly suburb and Seagrove Estate is paralell to Ridgewood Vistas, Butler and a stone throw away from Somerly Estate. My family and I regularly are at Jindalee Beach or having a coffee at Mindarie Marina.
So if your looking for a family friendly suburb thats safe with access to all places such as shops, schools, beach, doctor and public transport than you should not look any further.
