"Clean and cute"
Narooma Place is a cute street towards the back side of the Beacon Cove, that has the added benefit of being extremely secluded compared to the others in Beacon Cove. The houses are very similar to the some of the other streets in the area in terms of design and this can be a little bit of a deterrent. The front yards could be better though for the area, and need some work.
Location has to be one of the best as is within walking distance to the tram lines nearby, but not so close that there is graffiti all down the street like Canberra Parade and Tom Hills Ct.
