"Walking distance to shops, doctors, public transport, coffee shops"
Walking distance to shops, doctors, public transport, coffee shops and nice and high to take advantage of city views. South Pine Road gets very congested, but this has never worried me or been heard inside the house. Soil conditions prefect for building, with numerous pre war homes waiting for a developer to take advantage of the 800sqmm blocks still available. Perfectly located between Brookside, Charlies Fruit Market and Everton Plaza and a short 15min drive up South Pine Road to the city.
