"Great place for all ages, singles and families"
awesome parks for kids, pets, many sports grounds and long walkways for exercise.
walking distance to brookside and short drive to chermside shop centres.
many local taverns, 15 mins from the city on weekend. 10 min drive from sunshine coast freeway.
leafy streets. cost of living cheaper then it's neighbouring suburbs like newmarket, ashgrove, paddington & springhill - but nice and close to boutique shopping.
