"Quiet and Convient street In reservoir"
Apart from the ablert road, 99% of newton street properties are located in quiet places. It is convient as it is close to Summer hill shopping center and Northland.
It is in a best rental belt as it is closed to shopping and extremely close to Deakin University.
It does not have a lot of trees but do close to two schools.
