"Great Location, Freindly neighbourhood, Fantastic Views"
Norman Crescent is a mix of Refurbished Queenslanders and High rise apartments. All with either great valley views or amazing city views. Street is a quite, friendly street with a good feel to it. Mostly well-to-do familes in refurbished queenslanders on the low sides of the street and high rise apartments on the high side. Very convenient location with minutes walk to Ferry, Train or Buses. Less than 4 kms to city. Easy walk to river and then onwards to city. Close to bulimba restaurant cinemas and shopping.

street parking is a problem due to apartment dwellers and lack of off street parking.
