I really would not advise any one to buy on old melbourne road as its a very old and noice area the noice is absoloutly rediculas because of the freeway you will be unable to sleep eithere side of old melbourne road ballan and all the farms that are avalible on old melbourne road have something not good about them as i have learnt am scared for my children as its write next to the freeway and old melbourne road is even rediculesy loud and the freeway at night with truck is like thunder rageing and delivgery trucks on old melbourne so think about it before you buy and be wise as i am telling you from my own experince and also familys experience

P.S. It is not that nice of a place when you are near a freeway or a busy road gordon or mount egerton is better because it is not nosie and not on a road thats like a freeway itsself
